Awe-inspiring acrobatics by Circa at the Southbank Centre Human towers, gravity-defying leaps, contorted bodies moving in harmony to a pulsating beat... this is next-level circus! Introducing Humans 2.0 by Circa. Described as a "symphony of acrobatics, sound and light", it follows on from the Brisbane-based performance company's internationally acclaimed 2018 piece, Humans. And this spring it receives its London premiere at Queen Elizabeth Hall, Southbank Centre. This tightly-choreographed show, which runs 12-16 April, explores the challenges of being human by pushing physical limits to their extremes. That might sound intense but Humans 2.0 is in fact suitable for anyone aged 8 and over — making it a cracking Easter holiday treat! Just make sure your young ones don't try those stunts at home... |
