Germany National Pavilion makes Europort debut

Germany is the latest country to join the list of National Pavilions at Europort 2023.
Organised by ECM Berlin, the German National Pavilion is located in Hall 7, which also plays host to the Spanish Pavilion.

A total of 14 countries now feature on Europort’s list of National Pavilions: Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, The Netherlands, Norway, P.R. China, Republic of Korea, Romania, Spain, Türkiye, Ukraine and The United Kingdom.

SRC Group receives approval in principle for Methanol Superstorage solution

A new space-efficient retrofit methanol storage solution from Europort exhibitor SRC Group has received approval in principle from Lloyd’s Register.

While renewably sourced methanol has significant potential to contribute to shipping’s green transition, its low energy density compared to heavy fuel oil can lead to major storage issues.
SRC’s innovative Methanol Superstorage solution, which can be retrofitted with minimal impact on general arrangements, overcomes this by using ‘Sandwich Plate System Technology’ to boost volume by up to 85%.

The Europort Cruise Party is an ideal occasion to meet industry friends, while enjoying good food and drinks, beautifully overlooking the river Maas and the skyline of the dynamic city of Rotterdam.
