In some lighter news, Baltimore's fourth trash wheel has a name: Gwynnda The Good Wheel of the West. Now that the citizens have sourced what to call her, the solar-powered trash-collecting water wheel is all set to be installed where the Gwynns Falls in Baltimore’s Middle Branch next month.
