Yesmail’s latest benchmarks found that brands with responsive design in all of their email campaigns garnered 55% higher mobile click-to-open (CTO) rate and 23% higher desktop CTO than brands that opted out of sending any responsive emails. These findings suggest that responsive design is a decisive factor in email engagement beyond the initial open.
Yet in Q4 2015 only 17% of marketers implemented it in all of their email campaigns.
