| Times Past A Canberra man was calling for urgent action to save "the kangaroos of Hindmarsh Drive" on this day in 1977. Americo Spinapolice, a barber at Narrabundah, told The Canberra Times he had seen six dead kangaroos on the road that year, where it passes through red hill.
