The folks behind Zoom Escaper built you a library of "excuses" to get you out of a call, including a crying baby and one that's just called "wind." You can read more about them on The Verge.

I have a lot of thoughts about this, but I have an actual child that I'm responsible for. Personally, I wouldn't take it particularly well if one of my colleagues lied about having one just to end a Zoom call early.
