Ray Blanco's promised "world's biggest-ever IPO" did not materialize on Friday... but the premise of Ray Blanco's teaser pitch for his Breakthrough Technology Alert still stands, and I bet we'll see the ad again soon. If this fund does ever come public, he says he's got a way for you to "jump the line" and get your shares before they rise... so what's the story? Have no fear, the Thinkolator is here with answers.

IPO's were the topic of the week, apparently, because we also looked into a "pre-IPO" pitch from Ian Wyatt about a special cannabis stock that's offered up for 50 cents... and also gets you free shares. Huh? Thinkolator explanation here.
