Good morning. In the latest major legal tech M&A news, electronic document and e-signature giant Docusign announced yesterday that it's acquiring CLM provider Lexion for $165 million in cash in a deal that's expected to close in a few weeks. Through the acquisition, Lexion's generative AI capabilities will be used to enhance Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management offerings, particularly its recently announced Docusign IAM platform.
