Dear John,
We all know attitude matters, yet almost every company
acts as if attitude doesn't really matter.
Think about it. When someone is hired for a job, what
do they do first? They do intensive skills training.
Important, for sure - but what if they spent more time
with attitude training?
Knowing the right skills doesn't mean I will do them in
the right way and often enough.
Having the right attitude, well, that increases the
right kind of effort and improves the desire for
the right skills.
We all get more mileage when we focus on attitude
first - and we have more fun in the process!
You are Born To Win, so go ahead and Live To Win!
Tom
