Yesterday, I asked what your favorite Nicolas Cage movie was. A couple of you responded with “Peggy Sue Got Married” with Kathleen Turner and Barry Miller. This is one I haven’t seen, but I’ll add it to my list.
However, my favorite Cage movie of all time will always be “Moonstruck.” As absurd as the story and script are, Cage’s performance is suspiciously good.

State of the West: A region reckons with decades of unchecked growth
The western United States has experienced unimaginable growth and has been subjected to a historic drought over the last decade. Along with that, policymakers and business leaders have adopted a “no-brakes growth mentality,” according to this report by Kyle Dunphey. However, according to a new poll by HarrisX and Deseret Magazine, residents of the western states have concerns about this growth.
By the numbers:
68% of Westerners want to protect the land and water from development, even if it hampers economic growth.
90% believe affordable housing in their area is a problem.
45% of respondents would like to see less development in their areas while 26% would like to see more.

Wednesday, Sen. Mike Lee’s personal Twitter account directed two tweets towards the Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishidia for not returning Lt. Ridge Alkonis.
What Mike Lee said:
“.@kishida230, you’ve made your choice. I hope you’re ready for some conversations on the Senate floor that you’re not likely to enjoy. This issue isn’t going away, and neither am I.”
.@kishida230, 自業自得,” which translates to “what goes around comes around.”
Lee's personal account was briefly suspended following the tweets. Elon Musk says the account was incorrectly flagged as an "impersonation."
