Don was raised in Idaho, Northern Utah and received a Bachelors in Artfrom Weber State University. After a career in design and sales of three-dimensional displays in Northern California, he returned to Utah to paintfull time. He has always loved the western landscape and the people thatmake it unique.
"My goal is to reflect authenticity, atmosphere, and sense of visual energy. The subtle tones and changing light which occurs in landscape fascinate me. I hope the viewer finds a resonance of truth and honesty in myinterpretation."
