Dear John,
It’s easy.
It’s easy to check out the news.
It’s easy to get on social media and see what's up.
It’s easy to plug into the gossip and the next conspiracy.
These distractions give us a false sense of satisfaction because now we know and we get to have opinions.
These distractions also keep you from your purpose.
The addiction to distraction has replaced the desire for Holy satisfaction.
What is Holy satisfaction? To know the creator and to become the person you were created to become.
Ask yourself this question: Would many of the challenges of the world be solved if enough of us woke up every day with two simple goals?
- Invest time today learning, growing, and developing myself into the person I was meant to be.
- Serving and solving problems for the people who I encounter during the day.
Don’t be distracted.
Choose To Win!
Tom
