We just put up our first-ever bilingual billboard.

Friend,

We believe in going big or going home — which is why we just put up billboards urging Rep. Vicente González to sign on to the Congressional Review Act resolution that would restore the Net Neutrality rules.

We want to put up more billboards in more districts across the country, but we need your help to make it happen. Chip in $10 (or whatever you can give) to help us put up more billboards pressuring lawmakers to vote for the Net Neutrality CRA.

Thanks!

Adam

We’re putting up billboards to pressure key lawmakers in the House of Representatives to support the Net Neutrality CRA. Chip in $10 — or whatever you can give — to help us put up more billboards across the country.

Hi there,

We’re going all out to push lawmakers to stand up for the open internet: Just last week, we put up our first-ever bilingual billboard to urge Rep. Vicente González to sign on to the Congressional Review Act resolution that would restore the Net Neutrality rules. One billboard is a good start but we need to launch even more — and we can’t do it without your help.

We need your support to continue to go all out. Donate $10 — or whatever you can give — to help us make a big splash.

We want everyone to understand what will be at stake for immigrant communities, people of color, religious minorities and other marginalized voices if lawmakers in the House of Representatives bow down to AT&T, Comcast and Verizon and refuse to stand up for their constituents’ digital civil rights. Now more than ever, we need to keep the pressure on these lawmakers to put their communities first.

Making a big impact like this doesn’t come cheap and we’ll need even more billboards to call attention to members of the House of Representatives who are siding with cable-and phone-company lobbyists over their constituents.

177 House members have signed on to the CRA, which means we need 41 more reps to step up to force a full vote on the measure. But with so many other important issues vying for lawmakers’ attention in the midst of an election year, our effort to restore Net Neutrality could get lost in the shuffle.

Donate $10 — or anything you can give — to help us put up more billboards and build support for the Net Neutrality CRA.

Free Press Action doesn’t endorse or oppose candidates for public office — and we don’t take a cent from business, government or political parties (our independence is too important).

That’s why we need your help to put up more billboards and send a message no lawmaker can ignore.

With thanks—

P.S. Thanks to the financial support of our members, we’ve begun to put up billboards calling out members of the House who haven’t signed on to the Congressional Review Act resolution that would restore the Net Neutrality rules. And with your support, we can do even more.
