"Belonging" is the latest HR buzzword
"Belonging" has come into use at some companies and in certain HR job titles as an additional or alternative word for discussing diversity, inclusion and making employees feel comfortable at work. "They probably are doing some really good things," says HR analyst Josh Bersin. "But they're not taking advantage of the opportunity to be a role model."
