A. I taught myself! I was around 8 or 9 when I gathered the little bit of money I had from mowing lawns and purchased a book and some hooks from the closest Walmart - about thirty minutes away. I took it home, taught myself to crochet, and remember my dad saying, "Boys don't do that..." but my Mom told him to let me be and do what made me happy. So, I kept going. |
