Creative Scotland - Open Fund for Individuals

The Open Fund for Individuals is one of Creative Scotland’s key funding programmes, supporting the wide range of activity initiated by artists, writers, producers and other creative practitioners in Scotland. The overall budget for this fund in the financial year 2021/22 is £5 million.

Scottish Food and Drink Net Zero Challenge Fund

The Scottish Food and Drink Net Zero Challenge Fund has been launched by Interface and the Scotland Food and Drink Partnership to support Scotland’s food and drink businesses as part of the Recovery Plan funded by the Scottish Government.

Funding awards of up to £10,000 will be made available for businesses to partner with and fund Scottish academia on projects contributing to sustainability and Net Zero goals.

Haldane Records Best Month Of Sales In 75 Year History

Haldane UK the market leader in luxury timber handrails and staircase components, has announced it has achieved the best month of sales since the company was established in 1946. 
 
The company, which has been at the forefront of the CNC timber machining sector since installing its first five-axis machining centre some 25 years ago, confirmed it had secured £885,000 worth of projects in August 2021.
