With a facility in Singapore and plans to expand in other Southeast Asia markets as well as Taiwan, Empyrion DC recently broke ground in South Korea for a 40 MW facility in Seoul and in April announced financing for the Gangnam project from a trio of Korean financial institutions. The heads of both Empyrion and Seraya will be joining the interview, which is sponsored by Yardi, to discuss what comes next for their venture.
