Dear , We are pleased to invite you to the launch of a report on tech adoption in Asia’s real estate industry next Tuesday 10 December 2024 at the St. Regis Singapore. If you haven’t registered yet, there are still spots available and you may save your seat here. The event at 9:00 am (local time) releases the results of the Mingtiandi-Yardi tech survey with a presentation by Yardi senior regional director Bernie Devine revealing insights from the poll of industry professionals, with a focus on the impact of artificial intelligence on real estate companies in the region. Following the presentation, I will moderate a panel discussion featuring Alice Chen, co-founder and general counsel at real asset tokenisation platform Investax, Zak Ungerman, a managing director at logistics investment platform Emergent Capital Partners, and Matthew Nortcliff, a partner at law firm Goodwin. This year’s survey shows that nearly 40 percent of real estate companies polled are now using AI systems, compared to 17 percent in 2023. While over 60 percent of respondents indicated that they are using AI in their jobs, most of this adoption is happening independent of company systems. Find out more about the survey findings and how AI is transforming Asia’s real estate industry by joining the half-day event to hear industry experts share from their experiences implementing technology in the region.
