Today's note will be a little shorter than usual, but I think (hope) it's a good one.

Marques recently asked the SaaSOps Community if anyone has any best practices or things to avoid when rolling out Slack. It got my attention because Slack is so ubiquitous that it's easy for a layperson like me to forget just how tricky it can be for IT to implement—especially if you work for a large company.

A few folks offered up some good tips, including this blog post we wrote a while back. But I'm still curious to hear about some of the biggest pitfalls of rolling Slack out.

Let me know what you've run into by replying directly to this email—or for Marques' sake, let him know by chiming in on his question in the SaaSOps Community.
