Who can forget the iconic 1990s commercial Doors Plus, No Fuss?
That jingle and the door retailer’s 22 showrooms and five distribution centres across Australia are set to trade to mid-market private equity firm Colinton Capital Partners.
Street Talk understands Colinton will acquire 80 per cent of Doors Plus’ operating business from its founding family and shareholders in a $60 million deal that will shake up its ownership for the first time in 35 years.
Colinton is working with alternative investing platform iPartners to open a co-investment opportunity to its network of wealthy clients.
