Today is #GivingTuesday, a global day of giving back and supporting the causes and communities you care most about.

This #GivingTuesday, join CUESA in committing to family farms, food access, and education, and your generosity will be DOUBLED. Thanks to a matching gift from our Board of Directors, all donations made today will be matched up to $10,000. This means your gift—of any amount—will go twice as far!

With your support this year, we increased our Market Match program from $10 to $15 per market day, so that shoppers on a tight budget can increase their purchasing power at the farmers market. We provided market opportunities for next-generation, BIPOC, and women farmers and food makers, so their businesses can grow and thrive. We brought back our free Foodwise Kids and Foodwise Teens education programs, so that youth are actively participating in our local food system through cooking classes and jobs at the farmers market.

To continue this vital work in 2022 and beyond, help us reach our #GivingTuesday goal of $10,000, and our year-end goal of $50,000.Here are 3 ways you can help:

2. Spread the Word

Post to social media or email friends and share a story about what CUESA farmers market community means to you. You can inspire friends to donate by sharing this link: cuesa.networkforgood.com

3. Start a Fundraiser

Set up a Facebook Fundraiser to encourage friends to donate. Just go to facebook.com/fund/CUESA, and follow the prompts. Set the end date to December 31 to help us reach our year-end goal of $50,000. Rest assured, 100% of funds raised through Facebook go to CUESA! (Got questions? Email us.)
