I would do my usual good morning introduction but there's simply no time. Douglas Ross has given journalists a two hour warning that he's holding an emergency press conference.

Now, onto a much more enjoyable topic, Taylor Swift. The whole country is on the edge of their seat as Edinburgh prepares to become Swifties central, with the first performance of the Eras Tour kicking off tomorrow.
