Dow gains 400 points as S&P 500, Russell 2000 hit records

The S&P 500, along with the American focused small-cap Russell 2000 index, secured fresh records on Friday as investors bet a COVID-19 vaccine is near. While the Dow is shy of a new record, Cisco and Boeing fueled a 400 point gain to wrap a winning week.
