Chef’s Corner: Loaded Fries Two Ways

Stack your playbook with a spread fit for a vegetarian or a carnivore. Chef Neil Doherty, Senior Director of Culinary Development in Sysco Houston, created two fully-loaded fries perfect for snacking and sharing at the big game. One’s a meat-lovers paradise piled high with pulled pork, pork rinds and bacon and the other is topped with a plant-based “chorizo” and can easily be made vegan with dairy-free cheese!
