Sample provider enrollment workflow

Whether you have credentialing software or use simpler computer applications such as Excel or Access, it is important to have solid workflows that allow you to enroll your providers and follow up on the status of their application in a timely fashion. Download this list of initial credentialing and recredentialing jobs in a provider enrollment workflow.
