Downtown Hampton mural first of many to add curb appeal

Alison Bachmann, a local artist, has been commissioned under a mural project sponsored by the Downtown Hampton Development Partnership (DHDP) to paint a spectacular scene on the back brick wall of the roughly 104-year-old structure.
