Dozens of violations at Himbola

BY ADAM DAIGLE | Staff writer

Happy Monday morning, Acadiana Business newsletter readers. I am back from a enjoyable vacation and ready to get back at it.

More than 80 code violations, including mold and non-working smoke alarms, were discovered at Himbola Manor government-subsidized low-income apartments during inspections earlier this year.

The Acadiana Advocate reviewed reports of violations observed at Himbola Manor during inspections by Lafayette Consolidated Government's Office of Community Development and Planning dating back several years.

You can read the story here.

Have a great day and thanks for reading.
