Although the rapper is a longtime resident of the Hidden Hills gated community, Drake appears to be the newest tenant of an 18,000-square foot lavish rental property in Beverly Hills. The native Canadian is known for his love of palatial homes, and this one fits the bill with a marble atrium entryway, a 20-foot stone waterfall that cascades down from a moat, 15-foot-tall olive tree imported from Italy, and an all-custom kitchen -- plus many more amenities. Elsewhere, fellow music superstar Billie Eilish purchased a bucolic equestrian estate in Glendale, Calif. The 2,100-square-foot home, formerly owned by “Bleeding Love” singer Leona Lewis, is one of about 800 horse-zoned properties in the area. Supremely private, the single-story ranch includes a separate guesthouse, horse-keeper’s apartment, a goat pen and paddock. |
