Biomass Hemp Dryer System: When Less is More

Based on Kason’s VIBRO-BED Circular Vibratory Fluid Bed drying technology, this biomass drying system dries 800 to 8,000 lbs./hr per unit. It safely and evenly dries hemp without burning or browning, and retains more CBD and THC than its tumbling predecessors by using heat as an evaporation accelerant rather than driver. Additionally, the majority of lost trichomes and other volatiles are also captured and returned on batch-by-batch basis instead of accumulating on equipment or escaping into the environment.
