Lower Gunpowder Falls (rural areas) Watershed Plan—Community Meeting EPS and the Gunpowder Valley Conservancy will host a community meeting to present the Small Watershed Action Plan (SWAP) for the Lower Gunpowder Falls watershed. The plan covers the area of drainage on the northern side of the Lower Gunpowder Falls, including the Long Green, Glen Arm, Baldwin, Fork and Kingsville communities. The SWAP will guide restoration efforts in the watershed to improve water quality in Baltimore County streams and the Chesapeake Bay.
