Thursday, Oct. 25, 6:30 PM Staged readings of original, locally-written works offering a mix of comedy and drama. October's theme is "Spirits Real and Imagined" with four readings: Ron Hasson's "How We Are Rich," about the other half; Craig Kittner will read from his new book of poetry, "Time's Sweet Savor," musings on transitions and memory, and a haiku or two; Brad Field brings us "Beach Teeth" featuring a menacing pick up line; Joel Douglas Perry is offering "Everything Sucks . . . or Not" after a miracle spares Vic and Leo suffers a tragedy, they examine God and life.
