| Happy Weekend, Everyone. In seasonal parts of the country, the weather is starting to break. You may be lightening up on your outerwear layers, and it might be time to start pulling weeds and mowing grass. And when the sun comes out, the grill comes out. I dropped a few of my favorite grilled recipes below for you. I find that one of my favorite ways to connect with family and friends is around an outdoor-grilled meal. There's something Primal about it. Not Primal as in the books or the brand – I'm talking about the original definition of Primal. Our ancestors most certainly enjoyed long gatherings around the fire, cooking, eating, conversing with the rest of the tribe... sharing advice, making plans, storytelling, and passing on wisdom to future generations. In modern society, we don't have to cook outside anymore, but bonding is a good reason to do it. And you can't replicate fire-grilled flavors on the stovetop or oven.
