Explore the fundamentals of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion and how to work in solidarity with all members of your library community.

Register today and take advantage of our Early Bird Rate for our new online course, Equity in Action: Solidarity in Social Justice, starting April 26. Over three weeks, you will explore the building blocks of social justice at the library and how to work in solidarity with all members of your library community.

Learn how to ensure that equity work is inclusive of all people, including staff and patrons, by centering the lived experience and priorities of those most directly impacted by injustice, understanding the issues and their context, and finding appropriate ways to respond to complex situations.

Developed and led by experts in the field, the three-week program includes live sessions on Tuesday, April 26, May 3 and May 10, from 2:00-4:00 pm ET with an asynchronous, facilitator-led workshop in which you’ll define and complete a project that inspires action in your community.
