Before I get to my early look at the waiver wire for next week, I just want to take a moment to appreciate what I just watched Tyreek Hill do. Against what has been a pretty good Buccaneers defense, he just put together one of the best Fantasy performances of all time, and he did most of it in a single quarter of work.

Hill torched the Buccaneers for 269 yards on 13 catches, with three touchdowns Sunday, and he was unstoppable from the word, "Go." In the first quarter, he had catches for 34, 23, 75, 19, 7, and 44 yards, the two longest of which went for touchdowns. That's a whopping 202 yards on six catches with two touchdowns, in the first quarter . That would have been the fourth-best game of his Fantasy career, and he wasn't even done. In the end, Hill's 57.9 PPR points were good for the sixth-most in a game by a wide receiver ever -- and the most since Jimmy Smith's monster 62.1-point game in 2000. It was the 22nd 50-point game by a wide receiver since the NFL-AFL merger, but amazingly, not the first this year; Tyler Lockett had the 12th-best game of all time back in Week 6 with his 53.0 points.

Of course, I managed to draft 12 teams this season without having Hill on any of them, so I'm enjoying this performance vicariously. He was the No. 2 Fantasy WR coming into the game, and incredibly, is still No. 2 in points per game behind Davante Adams -- take a moment to appreciate what Davante Adams is doing, too. 

Week 12 was a historic week, though not all for good reasons -- just ask Broncos pass catchers.
