The Easter holidays are upon us and we're celebrating in style here at the railway, with egg-cellent activities to bring the family together! 🐰

• High Speed Easter Egg Hunt – Grab your quiz sheet from the main stations and solve clues along the journey for an Easter treat.
  
  
• FREE Museum Trail - Pick up a trail sheet in the museum to follow and discover some of the engine’s drivers from the very beginning until now.

• Pop-up Teddy Mountain® Workshops – On selected dates (TBA)  we will be hosting pop-up Teddy Mountain® workshops at Dalegarth station.
  
  
• Café Easter Bites – our cafes will be dressed in their Easter best offering an array of Easter treats.

NEW Turntable Café Menu

We've recently revamped our menu in the Turntable Café. Whether it be a cooked breakfast to start your day, or a hearty soup to warm you up on a chillier day, our menu provides the perfect supplement to a trip on 'La'al Ratty'!

Wasdale Bus Service

A free bus service connecting Wasdale to Ravenglass will be running from Good Friday to Easter Monday, aimed at reducing vehicle traffic in the valley. Find out more and view the timetable for the service below.

Gala Celebrations

Join us for our 2024 Gala Celebration from May 4th to 6th, featuring two exciting visiting engines, 'St Egwin' from The Valley Railway Adventure and the brand new 'Mr Hallworth' from Perrygrove Railway. This exciting event will also promote our new 'Volunteer Hub' in association with the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway Preservation Society. More information can be found below.
