Our hams are Black Berkshire from Byron Bay and have been smoked by our good friends at Blackforest Smokehouse.  Colin Holt is very proud of the hams and has already begun his very own quality control tasting.

The turkeys  are from our good friends at Thirlmere Poultry & Game.  John Meredith does a great job each year growing the turkeys to various sizes for our customer's requests.

Chicken and Ducks from one of our favourite producers, Beth & Hayden of Burrawong Gaian.  And let's not forget the infamous Barossa Chooks from Saskia Beer.
