Celebrate the Holidays at Fontainebleau

As 2016 comes to a close, enjoy a lavish Christmas Eve and Day dinner that offers something savory and celebratory for everyone. Vida, Fontainebleau’s American brasserie, will serve traditional holiday offerings as well as sushi, ceviches, charcuterie, mouthwatering rotisserie meats, and a Baked Alaska station with marshmallow, sugar cookie and praline accompaniments to finish the meal. The buffet is priced at $65 per person, $32.50 per child under 12, 4 and under eat for free.

For something hearty, StripSteak by Michael Mina, the acclaimed modern American steakhouse, offers a family-style menu that includes wood-grilled filet mignon with malabar peppercorn and fingerling potato confit, with a warm apple crumble and eggnog ice cream for dessert for $75 per person, or the option to select from the à la carte dining menu.

Indulge at Scarpetta, which will serve up a traditional Italian meal with cioppino, a tagliatelle with lobster, crab, tomato and pickled ramps; seared snapper with spiced fennel purée; fregola nero and salsa verde; and a salted caramel budino with rum chantilly and gingerbread for dessert at $75 per person, or the option to choose from the à la carte dining menu.
