Ring in the New Year at Fontainebleau

New Year’s Eve at Fontainebleau promises a night of pure entertainment (with a live show by Justin Bieber!), taste, and glamour. Try any of Fontainebleau's restaurants for an extravagant night out. Hakkasan’s classic menu will start with roasted duck or seared scallops; followed by a selection of Dim Sum; entrees such as Chilean sea bass, stir-fry Waygu beef, or Florida lobster; and ending with a decadent chocolate coconut mousse and crispy banana sponge cake for dessert. StripSteak by Michael Mina will offer an impressive menu of Belgian endive, pan-seared scallops, wood-grilled filet mignon, and manjari chocolate mousse to finish. Chef Scott Conant of Scarpetta will serve a traditional Italian feast of smoked tuna tartare, a primi piatti of creamy polenta or duck and foie gras ravioli, choice of olive oil poached halibut or filet of beef, and chocolate caramel mousse or vanilla panna cotta for dessert. End your night partying poolside with Bieber at the hotel — happy 2017, indeed.

First seatings are from 6 to 7:30 p.m. and priced at $195++ per person for a four-course dinner, with second seatings from 8:30 to 10:30 p.m and priced at $295++ per person. For dining reservations and concert ticket information visit fontainebleau.com/nye or call 877-326-7412.
