In our featured talk for November, Eckhart begins by reminding us of the importance of simply taking time to be present. This month, notice where your attention goes while you’re busy and see how often you can “take a moment of Presence” amidst your daily activities. This might include the practice of “one conscious breath” or placing attention on the Inner Body (or inner energy field). In this way, we can choose to open the door to Presence in literally any given moment. |
