In this context, Calik Denim introduced the industry with its brand new product & technology, E-Last, with its latest collection BlueVasion SS '23 that was launched in October.

With this purpose, the Company introduces a brand new concept in the industry this season by developing a solution that will minimize the sample production processes, which is the biggest problem faced by not only the textile industry but almost all industries in terms of sustainability. Since the weft shrinkage of each product is different, different values occur in all different lots of the same fabric in the template laying processes during the production of garment making. Calik Denim developed the E-Last concept in order to solve the problem here, thanks to this concept in which the weft shrinkage rate is reduced to minimum to reach almost to zero percent. Thanks to the dimensional stability, there are no measurement problems and therefore garment makers can lay the template, cut-sew and wash easily without experiencing any issues. Moreover, it seems that this problem in the industry will be eliminated thanks to the E-Last concept, which includes powestretch and superstretch products, which are normally the most problematic due to shrinkage values in the garment makers’ production processes. In this way, by ending to the unnecessary fabric waste in the garment making process, a serious resource efficiency is achieved at this point, which is perhaps one of the stages where the most important waste of the industry is generated. Furthermore, garments produced with E-Last technology promises flawless premium look thanks to its feature of preventing baggy & saggy look and overcomes puckering problem not only valid for the waist and pockets of the Jeans but also may causes for parts with destroy effect on garments!
