We held an economic summit this morning and talked to experts in a number of fields about what to expect through the end of the year. We have a story here, and here's where to watch the summit in case you missed it. The tropics are heating up. The National Hurricane Center is watching an increasing number of tropical systems in the Atlantic and Caribbean. We're keeping track, too. East Baton Rouge currently doesn't have any rules for short-term rentals, but that could change soon. The Metro Council will consider what regulations to impose, amid questions about how any rules could be enforced. |
