Japan Retail Sales Oct. 2019: Spain Consumer Price Index Nov. 2019: 0.4% Spain’s consumer price index inched up 0.4% in November on a year-ago basis. Russian Federation Monetary Policy Dec. 2019: 6.25% The Central Bank of Russia lowered the key interest rate by 25 basis points to 6.25% at its December meeting, in line with market consensus. United States Import and Export Prices Nov. 2019: 0.2% U.S. import prices edged higher in November but weakness in nonfuel prices, which matter for consumer prices, persisted. Canada New Motor Vehicle Sales Oct. 2019: -1.5% New-vehicle sales in October were down again, at 163,201 units on an unadjusted basis. United States Retail Sales Nov. 2019: 0.2% Retail sales continued to grow modestly in November, with the top-line number supported by healthy auto sales.
