This a super simple recipe for St. Patrick's Day that is kid-friendly. These little pots of gold are made with peanut butter cups, but you can also use mini chocolate cupcakes or Rolo candies. Topped with a bit of frosting and edible gold glitter, these make great dessert toppers, or can be eaten as is.

DH loves sandwiches made with canned corned beef. Today he used the top of the fridge box for a "cutting board". It doesn't take a sharp knife to cut into a chunk of corned beef so there is no damage to the container or lid.
