Good morning Voornaam

Today might be the last day before some pretty wild weather hits, so make sure you make the most of it.

The Met Office has a yellow weather warning in place for the North East corner of Scotland for tomorrow, then another warning on Sunday and Monday for extreme wind which covers the whole country.

Make sure you plan accordingly, especially if you're planning to travel.

Now, on to the news.

First up, Edinburgh poetry festival to go ahead in four new venues after eleventh hour relocation from Summerhall.

Scottish trivia time - we know that's the best part.

Yesterday the question was:

The Gaelic for whisky is Uisge Beatha. What is its literal meaning?

The answer is "water of life."

Today - What are the name of the creators, who also played the lead roles of Jack and Victor, in the Scottish sitcom Still Game?

Answers in tomorrow's newsletter, as always.

Lastly, we have a heck of a deal on at the moment! Check it out right here.

Whatever your plans for today, have a good one.
