A Message From the Editor

Good Morning! On Friday, Paul Weiss lost a prominent partner to Jenner & Block in the wake of its deal with US President Donald Trump. The German Bar Association, meanwhile, expressed its own displeasure with the nine firms that struck deals with Trump, warning lawyers that the firms' Trump agreements violate Germany's legal code. Big Law is also being unusually quiet about Pride Month, which it has given vocal support to in the past. And several firms are considering adding a nonequity tier to their partnerships. Read those stories and more below. Have a good weekend.
