Good evening,

Good evening,

It’s back to school for Macquarie Capital’s investment banking team.

Tonight, we’ve got the scoop on which highly profitable trans-Tasman education software outfit Macquarie’s bankers have been drafted in to sell.

The business in question’s software is used in more than 2500 schools and Macquarie is shopping it around to offshore edtech companies and specialist buyout funds.

Elsewhere, the capital raising engine is warmed up at lightweight wheels maker Carbon Revolution, to the tune of $100 million. We’ve got the details.

Finally, we check back into what’s going on at Bingo Industries after a gruelling due diligence schedule, and Fleetwood Limited is moving away from its roots.

Happy reading,
