Good morning

We hope you had a good weekend.

In the news today:

Stormont’s agriculture minister has undergone surgery for a perforated appendix. Edwin Poots was admitted to hospital on Sunday afternoon after suffering acute pain.

First Minister Arlene Foster has told the Taoiseach there must be a “fresh examination” into allegations of collusion between Irish state authorities and the IRA.  She urged Micheal Martin to “urgently assist” in “getting to the truth” about what she described as unanswered questions in the state’s role with Republican paramilitaries.

And Baptist Pastor David Patterson explains why he opened his church for worship despite coronavirus restrictions. 'The public worship of God must not be set aside by any earthly power, nor neglected by the true people of God'.
