Note from the ACDIS Editor | CDI Journal is an ACDIS labor of love | by Linnea Archibald The CDI Journal publishes bimonthly, but the process of writing and assembling the Journal happens on a rolling basis, meaning the ACDIS team and our slew of new and returning contributors are working behind the scenes day in and day out. For those who are new to ACDIS, the CDI Journal is our members-only publication focused on current topics in the CDI profession. Each edition includes notes from our ACDIS leadership team, a variety of feature-length and case study articles based on interviews with industry experts. It also holds contributed articles from members old and new, clinical and coding advice, and insight from a member in our recurring “Meet a Member” series. |

| Blog Highlight | Here's what's been published on the ACDIS Blog in the last week: Guest post: The case for CDI work during the COVID-19 pandemic Do you have a tip, story, or perspective to share with the broader ACDIS and CDI community? If you’re interested in writing a piece for the Blog, here are a couple guidelines for you: Length: Typically, 500-700 words. If your post is longer, we may break it into two posts for readability. Content: All things CDI (and coding too)! We love hearing about your experiences and the lessons you’ve learned about CDI along the way. Besides those two guidelines, all you have to do is submit your piece to ACDIS Editor Linnea Archibald (larchibald@acdis.org) and Associate Editor Carolyn Riel (criel@acdis.org). | |
