Merri Ann made the best burgers on the Fourth. They were just simple burgers . . . but they were done right.
As good as these tips are, we'll add two more.
Merri Ann toasted the buns. I like to pan toast them. Spread a little butter on them and toast them on the griddle. But even toasting them in the toaster makes a better burger.
But if you really want to take your burgers to the next level, make homemade buns. Just like homemade bread is better than store-bought, so are homemade buns.
