ELL Teacher Leadership in Action: The SWEL Model

The School-Wide English Learning (SWEL) initiative is a groundbreaking teacher leadership model originally developed by a team of ELL researchers at Hamline University, including Dr. Michelle Benegas, Dr. Ann Mabbott, and Dr. Amy Stolpestad.
